Rent payment
Pay Your Rent

Keep rent payments on track with the Resident Services app. Once you are on the home screen, your account balance will be displayed. From there, just choose your payment amount, select your payment method, and confirm your payment information. Paying rent has never been simpler.

Submit Maintenance Requests

Keeping your apartment in tip-top shape is now easier than ever. No more waiting on hold for maintenance or wondering when your request was completed. Once you log in to the app, you can see active requests, view previously completed requests, and even add photos and voice memos.

Reserve Amenities

Reserve your favorite building amenities ahead of time with the Resident Services app. To create a new reservation, select an amenity you want to reserve, and then choose the date and time slot that works best for you. Next, simply click 'Submit' and you're done! Making sure an amenity is there when you need is that simple.

Missing out on resident events is a thing of the past with the events feature. Head to this section of the app and see what your community has planned for residents in the months ahead. Keep track of upcoming events with ease, and never miss another announcement from your property management team.

With text-to-pay, you can easily make rent payments from your phone. To opt-in, log into the resident portal, and enter your phone number in the SMS alerts field on the homepage. Next, you'll need to setup your Text To Pay payment information under the payment page, and you're all set!
